What should I do if an FIR is registered against me?

Immediate action is critical. Do not ignore it. Contact HMLO immediately to file for Anticipatory Bail or to seek Quashing of the FIR under Section 482 CrPC in the High Court. Delay can lead to unavoidable arrest.

My bank has issued a notice under the SARFAESI Act. Can you stop the auction of my property?
